Balatonfüred, is a small town with the historic atmosphere on the north shore of Lake Balaton. The town looks back on a past of more than two thousand years, as there
has been a settlement here since Roman times.

It became truly significant in the 19th century, when it was considered one of the most important centres of culture and social life in the country. Famous poets, writers and politicians spent the summer here, and were cured of their ailments.

Its attraction is due to its beautiful location, the therapeutic effects of its carbonated springs, the fine, aromatic wines grown in the Uplands, and last but not least, the hospitality of its inhabitants.

Lake Balaton is the largest freshwater lake of Europe, suitable for bathing and angling.

A 95 square-yard apartment flat on the third floor of a new house is waiting for our guest longing for recreation. The apartment is ensures comfortable accomodation for
max. 6 persons.

Entertainment: Spring Sailing Championship, Anna-bal, Füred wine-fest, hiking to Koloska valley or to Lóczi-cave, and many other interesting programmes.

There are two bedrooms, a sitting-room, loft, bathroom, kitchen (equipped with utensils) serve your comfort. Parking in front of the house. Beach is approx 700 yards from the house. The closest railway and bus station is 5-6 minutes walk.
Grocery is on the ground floor of the same house.
